A comiss\u00e1ria de bordo Rayane Isabelle, que mora em Dubai, sente os efeitos da pandemia afetarem seu trabalho e o contato com a fam\u00edlia. Fraqueza \u00e9 n\u00e3o permitir o sentimento sair por medo de n\u00e3o saber lidar com ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O isolamento pode trazer longos momentos de solid\u00e3o, sentimentos de baixa auto estima, ansiedade, paranoia, nervosismo, agita\u00e7\u00e3o, necessidade de ver e ouvir informa\u00e7\u00f5es a todo instante sobre o v\u00edrus. O padr\u00e3o de funcionamento de cada pessoa muda, ela passa a ter dificuldade para realizar as mesmas tarefas di\u00e1rias que antes n\u00e3o tinha, e pensar demais na doen\u00e7a pode trazer \u00e0 tona um medo desproporcional ao momento vivido, ampliando o mal-estar e alimentando a ansiedade. Precisamos construir um equil\u00edbrio entre o lazer e o dever para que o sentido seja reconstru\u00eddo tamb\u00e9m, afinal, n\u00e3o estamos de f\u00e9rias.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cO cen\u00e1rio \u00e9 realmente muito triste e muito novo para todos n\u00f3s, a vida vai perder o sentido por um instante para muitas pessoas, e \u00e9 por isso que \u00e9 t\u00e3o necess\u00e1rio buscar ajuda profissional.
